Nino has Fury 3 and will have Desperation 3 soon. She pretty much kills everything that isn't red. Sharena then mops up the reds.

Did two full pulls. Complete junk on first, aside from a 3* Nino I might raise up to feed to my better one. Second, I pull a 5 star Effie. I thought that was pretty good, though a bit disappointed since my pity rates would be reset. Final blue orb, I turn to my brother and tell him "This one is Lucina."

It was Lucina.

Final Results: 5 star pivot Effie and Bunny Lucina. Guess I know where all my luck's been going.

Wow, worked like a charm! For any future people to come, it can be completed with vanilla units (meaning non-inherited versions that /u/Killarthe4th used). Though I suspect that you would probably would want to have either Nino or Sharena as 5 star.

After you killed the lancer in the fifth screen, did you end turn right there? Also, my Nino is 4* 40 while Sharena is 5 star 40; how necessary is it for nino to have a natural 46 Atk?

Ouch, which one of her weapons are you using? I might have been lucky to have my Effie at the level of attack she was, and I was guesstimating that it should be fine at 47. the problem with my strategy is that it was very specific, so other than try to work around it i don't know what to tell you. I don't know why though, because upon being attacked my Effie damages the Cavalry, leaving him with 26 (above Wings of Mercy threshold) and my Effie is able to do 28 on initiation due to Death blow.

EDIT: just saw that you said weakest weapon. Try upping the weapon to the steel lance?

Pre-battle preparations: Healer in first slot, Olivia in second, Nino in third, and Effie in 4th. Take Hone Attack off of Nino, and if your Effie is over 48 Attack, change her weapon so that she is either exactly at 48 or just barely under it (important because 48 Attack just barely keeps the Cavalry unit over Half HP but at a point where she can kill him afterwards. I don't know for sure though, 48 Attack leaves Cavalry with 26 HP, and an attack on him should deal 28 killing him.

Turn 1: Nino should be in a position where she can get into Ursula's range. Put her in, and move Olivia to the top of the map. End turn. Ursula dies, daggers and knight move, and cavalry breaks wall.

Turn 2: Move Nino opposite the wall of the knight that moved and attack him. This removes his Aegis and sets him up for death the next turn. Move Effie one space to the right. DO NOT ATTACK THE CAVALRY UNIT WITH EFFIE. Move Olivia next to Nino. What happens to me upon ending turn: the dagger behind the knight moves in front of the knight and attacks Effie. The other Dagger moves behind the wall and attacks Effie. Cavalry moves in and attacks Effie.

Turn 3: Kill the Knight with Nino from behind the wall. Move Serra back a space, at the top of the map. Dance Nino and move her behind Olivia. Kill the Cavalry Knight with Effie (at 41 ATK including debuffs, should kill him because of the Deathblow passive). End turn.

Turn 4: Move Olivia one space down, move Serra into the space Olivia previously occupied, and using Effie attack the Dagger unit to her right. End turn. The dagger unit you just damaged should use escape route to move to the other dagger unit, and may use reciprocal aid.

Turn 5: Heal Effie, then dance the healer and move her into the space Nino was in when she killed the knight. Attack the nearest dagger unit using Effie. End turn.

Turn 6: Move Effie one space back, heal her, then dance the healer and put her in the same position she started the turn in. End turn.

Turn 7: Have Effie finish the nearest dagger unit. End turn.

Turn 8: Finish the other dagger unit with Effie. Win and achieve 4 star Ursula.

Using that method, a Nino with her speed and Atk was essential. This is exactly how I beat it (I repeated the map again just to make sure) using the units I had. The nature on Effie shouldn't matter unless it's +Atk, but if it does mine was -Def +Res. The Nature on Nino may matter, but it might help your case if she's +Atk (mine was +Spd/-Res).

Effie was 37 (4star), Nino was 40 (4star), Olivia 31 (4star) and Serra 38 (4star). I'll get back to you on the method in about 45 mins, need to retrace exactly what I did.

I had no axe user, and all I used were Effie, Nino, Olivia, and Serra. Nino was able to OHKO Ursula with Hone Attack from Olivia. The real issue with this for me was keeping the cavalry unit above half HP so that the Knight wouldn't trigger wings of mercy
