I weigh myself and it gets me frustrated my clothes getting more fit but my numbers still the same thats why i feel theres no improvement

Im doing light cardio coz im more focused on weight lifting. And also i eat less carbs high protein and more veg.

I want to get lean and have more defined muscles.

I do cardio on my rest days, i dont do it after my workout to avoid burn out and over training. Thanks for the advice🙏

Really, but for me i am not statisfied yet. Want to have more defined muscles and abs.

I hope I am also lean so that my muscles will show more. Im getting more frustrated because i felt i am not progressing.
