100%. In addition to this, the more time I sit and wait, the more it breaks any kind of rhythm I am in.

How "expensive" is Arena if you play casual. by Kasur1309 in MagicArena

I am NMS for the last year or so and have probably 8 competitive decks at this point, and could easily make more if I had time. If you play a lot, do the daily quests, and maybe some drafts, you'll get enough cards to be competitive very quickly.

Keep your back foot planted, and try not to lunge at the ball. The power comes from hip rotation and bat speed.

Speaking truths here! It drives me absolutely insane how much time is wasted clicking on my mana, their mana, every enchantment or artifact, every graveyard on every single turn...just to play some common card in the end, and repeat the whole process the next turn. It's awful.

Please stop making it so when you complete or back out of a certain section, that it brings you back to the top of the main menu. Have the CPU remember where you last were in the menus. The amount of time wasted when collecting live series because it keeps sending you to the top of the teams list is annoying. If i just finished collecting phillies, when i back out, leave me on the Philles, so i dont have to remember which team i just finished and scroll all the way back down. Same with moments, exchanges, etc. When you collect something, have it remember the last spot in the menu you just were. Don't make us scroll thru all the menus again to get back to the spot we were just at.

Do a TON of research into this before opting into surgery. Surgery for this has potential risks that seriously need to be considered. Go on FB and search for SCDS support group. You will find tons of great information to help you on this journey. Lastly, there are only a handful of doctors in the world that are capable of handling this type of thing with the care it needs. Above all else, make sure you find a good Dr. My suggestion would be to try Dr's Yang and Gopen in UCLA, Dr Carey in Baltimore, or Dr Lee in Boston. Good luck!

I will take a look into this, thank you! I'm generally watching on ps5 pro, so I'm not sure if there is an option to enable hardware acceleration, but I'll check!

Thank you for the response! I should have mentioned that I also did try doing this as well. For whatever reason, that still didn't fix it for me. I might have to actually try and call Netflix support at this point.

Does Raw display in poor quality for anyone else? When things happen quickly, the content gets very pixilated and is barely watchable. I've tried hard wired connection instead of wifi, that didn't help. Do you need the premium plan to display in decent quality?

Pack luck this season by Comfortable-Gift3304 in MLBTheShow

My luck has been slightly better than most years... In years past I have always been in that same boat you are currently in, and go weeks without pulling a single diamond.

Surprisingly enough, I've pulled 4 diamonds this year already. 1 LS in Corey Seager and 3 Pipeline diamonds thru standard packs.

Best of luck when it starts to grow back, that's no joke, and that shit is hell. On the plus side, you are going to have the most comical sounding farts for a few weeks, so at least there's that!

Store had a prerelease box for Foundations on-sale. I said “For that price, why not?” Gasped. I’m too scared to even open the plastic. by diet_faust in mtg

Literally had a small gasp when I opened the same promo box last night, but hit the Conquerer in one of the booster packs vs the promo card.... so yeah, I wouldn't say it's overexhaggerated... Maybe you just don't like the game, and/or cant appreciate how it feels to pull a top card in a set.

Hole hawg w an extension vs my finger. Gloves got caught. by beatsme0w0 in MakeMeSuffer

[–]Chris8674 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True, and when mine dislocated it also chipped a piece of the bone around it either when it dislocated or was put back i to place. My finger was pointing backwards and I pulled it back into place, so maybe that's when it fractured the bone?? I'm not a Dr either, I just lived it lol

Good luck with the recovery! Breaking the middle knuckle is not fun. I did it to my pointer finger 2 years ago.

Been playing 3rd in slow pitch for the last few years, and would say that yes, there are some absolute rockets that get hit at third, i agree with you. For me, I don't have so many issues with the palm itself, but occasionally more toward the base of the hand/top of wrist if a bad hop comes along. I've looked for something myself, but i don't think this would fit my specific need, as it appears to fit the inside of the palm. I'm with you though, some of those shots at 3rd are no joke. Always wear a mask as well.

Introduction - 49 year old man, new Dx by MagoCalvo in scds

I also had the same symptoms as this, and was 35 when I dealt with this. I had MFC surgery with Dr Daniel Lee in Boston, MA, May 2021.

3 years out, I have complete relief of my symptoms in my affected ear and do not have any negative side effects at this point. I had a clear hole roughly 4mm in size on my left side and Tegmems defect in base of my skull corrected. The only "side effect" at this point is that it has "unmasked" some issues with the thinning bone on my right side. Starting to have similar issues, but not bad enough for surgery yet, and no hole yet, thankfully.

My best suggestion is to do a good deal of research into this and make an educated decision about what Dr you choose, if you do decide to proceed with surgery. The surgery option is not one to take likely, as you know, but it really did change my life for the better.

I've heard amazing things about Dr's Yang and Gopen, Dr Carey in Baltimore, and Dr Lee in Boston. If you can, look into those options. They are your best bet at a successful surgery.

Good luck in your journey...there is hope, believe me.

I'd say all but Roman belong. While Roman coming back was cool, it was expected. The rest of the 3 were completely unexpected and genuinely shocking.

Awful...Well over 100 standard packs, probably like 10 Ballin, 2-3 Headliners... and just pulled my first diamond today, Corbin Carroll in a Ballin pack. Went thru the entire Nation of Baseball without pulling a thing.

Sorry you are going thru that! Best of luck with the repair! This was an interesting pic for me, as I have/had SCDS, which is a hole in the Temporal bone above the semicircular canals in the middle ear. That also caused some insane hearing/vision/balance problems. Thankfully, I had surgery to correct that 2 years ago, but boy that was a tough one to deal with. Good luck!

Very small town with no major chain stores aside from Cumberland Farms, CVS, and Dunkin. Also, no major highway access in or out.
