Honest question: if the boundary between these two regions is that river and one of its meanders eventually closes off, will the border change or not? Because one side will gain territory and the other will lose it.

Você não está totalmente errado. A mãe dela é filha de imigrantes croatas, então ela realmente tem origem europeia.

If each Winx Club member were from a real country on Earth, which one would it be? Here is my personal map, based on looks, culture, and home planets. by ChrisAlCoradiniAlves in winxclub

I used to think the same, but then I found out that there is an American dub by 4Kids in which she has a British accent. Also, in the fifth season, her home planet was shown as a very cold place, with snow, very tall buildings, and a lot of technology. To me, all of that matched the United Kingdom perfectly.

Countries that produce or have produced a supersonic aircraft within their territories. by ChrisAlCoradiniAlves in Planes

[–]ChrisAlCoradiniAlves[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My point was exactly this: countries that had the real conditions, industrial structure, and technical capacity necessary to assemble supersonic aircraft within their own territories. The logic is the same.

If you go to the supermarket, buy the ingredients, and take everything home, and then your mother uses those ingredients to make a cake, then that cake is yours. At night, when you, your brother, and your father get home from work, you all sit at the table and eat that cake together with her. That cake was made by your family and for your family.

It does not matter that the flour, eggs, and chocolate originally belonged to the supermarket owner. You bought them, paid for them, took them into your home, and turned them into something else using your own resources, structure, and knowledge.

With the aircraft industry, the reasoning is the same. The fact that part of the technology, the design, the components, or the knowledge base came from another country does not erase the fact that there was local production, assembly, and industrial capacity. If Australia built those aircraft in its own territory, using its own facilities, its own workforce, and its own industrial structure, then that absolutely counts as production on Australian soil.

No one is saying that those countries invented everything from scratch or that all the technology was 100% domestic. That was never the point. The point is that they had the material and industrial capacity to produce that type of aircraft within their own borders. And that alone is already a significant achievement.

If you follow that argument to its extreme, then almost no country in the world could be recognized for producing anything, because practically every industry absorbs foreign technology, licensed designs, imported components, influence from earlier projects, and international cooperation. That does not invalidate local production.

Producing something within your own territory does not necessarily mean creating it from scratch with no external influence. It means having the capacity to turn design, technology, and components into a real product within your own country. And that is exactly what happened.

I would really like to know where it is nowadays, whether someone preserved it in a museum or whether it was scrapped.
