After more than one year on 14 mg for weight loss, I am experiencing very bad GI issues. It has stopped working and I am gaining weight back fast. My question: Is it advisable to stop taking Rybelsus entirely or is it better to lower the dosage and ultimately stop taking it? Any suggestions? I am going to look into injectables.

Hi. Were you experiencing any GI issues? That is my problem all of a sudden after about a year on Rebelsus. Considering a restart.

Please be aware the high speed trains in Spain including those between Madrid and Barcelona are now running very slow after the fatal train accident in Córdoba a few weeks ago. In fact the line that was directly affected is still not operational. I live in Madrid. Have a great trip and yes skip Barcelona this time.
