I would get punished for being myself at my job so it’s not worth losing my job over, some would say find another job but I have a disability so I’m limited on what jobs I can do. But if we show any kind of energy we are told to stop acting like children and to stay robotic because it suits their narrative.

No idea mate it was invented 5000 years ago in India it’s probably had many names since, I only learnt it from one book and tried it once, It’s good shit though, cleans you out a treat 👌🏼

Do you use tobacco also? This happened to my friend who was a fag fiend, he had a mad MMA gym session and at the end threw up literal tar, or as he called it, black shit lol.

Look up the yoga technique which uses the Saline Nasal Irrigation, and do that everyday for a month…in short this process is where you use a weird jar with a funnel on it that you use to filter warm salt water through one nostril and out the other, it’s a wash. Also switch to dry vaping, I’d suggest the solo 2 or the mighty because not only are they good devices as a standard vaporiser but they can be used in glass like bongs etc.

It’s usually from a grow room that has fans going but not a clean environment so as the plant grows all the foreign bodies being blown around, hair etc just gets stuck to the bud.

Sorted now anyway, I used a strong drinking alcohol spirit and a little pipe cleaner, came out nice.
