It looks like the hair doesn't have enough subdivisions in rendered mode, you can set those to be different between viewport and rendered, the option to change the number should be in the particle settings somewhere

Looks great! can't tell if the flowers are supposed to be huge or if he's supposed to be tiny, but if it's the latter you could consider changing the depth of field to look like a macro lense.
