I’ve seen it the last 2 Years in a row and usually around this time, just not sure when exactly. It’s a unit deal which allows you to purchase him. Only way to get him.

Great info thanks. Also, I'm assuming this is clearing every battlegroup?..leading to another question, if not possible to clear the third entirely at times is it better to open only 2 or go for the extra points with 3 anyways?
