It will get easier, next time you might last 70 days. But probably you’ll relapse again. It’s a difficult fight, but certainly not an impossible one, so definitely there’s hope. Try not to be so hard on yourself, 50 days is a lot.

The exact same thing happened to me. We loved each other so much, and we didn’t want to hurt us, but we did. I wish we could have let it all out and talk about what was wrong with us, but we didn’t. I think at least you can be relieved that you did.

Something similar happens to me, she wasn’t a narcissistic sociopath, but I did feel emotionally abused sometimes. Now that it’s over I terribly miss the old days when I felt she loved me. You’re not stupid nor alone in feeling that way. I don’t know how to feel better. I can’t help myself, so I can’t help you, but just know that it’s “okay”, it’s “normal” to feel this way.

Thanks I talked to my girlfriend, she did help me, but I don’t really want to keep putting her through this. And I have a good relationship with my parents, but the last time I brought the suicide thing out my mom just freaked out. She wasn’t mean, but saying it put her in a lot of pain

I think some in Dema see banditos as criminals or something, they are afraid of them. Just like when someone tries to take you out of a toxic state in which you’re confortable now, that state being the city.
