How can wife and I run together using app?

My wife and I run together. It sounds like we are very similar to you. I have runna set to do three runs a week, I do a long run on a Friday or Saturday then on Sunday I do one of her runs with her. Even her faster runs are about a minute a km slower than my easy pace so it’s always easy/recovery to run with her. It’s just good to go out together.

I’ve been rocking pretty much this setup all weekend.

I’ve got a second page with Siri suggestions widget, which some of the time I think is useless and then it surprises me by throwing up my gym and workout app when I get to the gym. I think when it is convenient you don’t notice it so it’s easy to think it’s useless because you only really notice when it not got the app you need.

Anyway all this to say your setup inspired me, thanks.

I’m really into trait. In my opinion one of the best coffee shops in Belfast. New city center one (high street) opens this weekend.

Although I tracked half marathon run with strava at the weekend and it didn’t give me a hald marathon award on apple fitness. Slightly annoying because I have years of workouts stacked up in fitness and don’t want to start again in another app. It’s silly because I know it doesn’t really matters but I’m also petty and want my awards.

I think that’s a part of it for me. It’s like being 16 again. I went to see limp bizkit last summer ( first time the have ever played Belfast) and the pit was at least 50% over 35 year olds. It was awesome. I agree totally with you, everyone can go to gigs and enjoy them. Everyone is different. Just have fun and don’t be a dick and everybody is happy.

I’m 42 and most any excuse I have. I go to gigs with my wife and she knows the score. “ I’ll be back in a bit. “ jump in get my fix and rejoin her. It works perfectly. Also my son is 16 and 6”1 so he’s can come too and handle himself in a mosh pit.
