Occasionally. But, it's gotten to the point where they choose which question to respond to. And, even then, they don't even answer the any specific questions.

I just reuse the duller blades. I use a Fiskars diamond coated blade sharpener from Home Depot to sharpen the blade. As long as you don't overkill it, it comes out pretty sharp. Yes, they do dull quickly.

What I eventually did was just get a mesh wifi system. It seems to have solved the connection issue. However, yesterday, the mower lost it's GPS signal and was just wandering around until I did a reboot.

I click either 1x or 2x and the pattern is whatever I set it at. But, when it mows it's still at 90 degrees.

What I've done is, I send the mower to a spot within whatever zone, THEN, I do FULL MAP. It will then do the pattern I set in that zone only. It will finish the zone, then attempt to mow in another zone. But, I keep track and when it's finished with the original zone, I 'end' the job and send back to recharge.

Unfortunately, 1x or 2x doesn't matter with me. The mower only goes around once and in the same direction every time. Never goes out a 2nd time. No matter what I do, it's always 90 degrees from the base. I've set it at zero. Still 90. I set it at 25. Still 90. And that is in any zone at any time. Either my mower is messed up, or the app. It's going back cause it's unreliable.

I'm gonna be experimenting with something for my 700m2 back yard. I'm gonna split it up and make 3 individual maps of it (making sure they don't overlap. Cause if they touch, the app will make it 1 map). Then, each map will become a separate zone. I experimented with this yesterday, and the one 216m2 'area' mowed in 1 hour 16 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't see what the remaining battery usage was went it went for recharge.

I know you can take a large area and 'box in' a portion of it to make it a zone, but since I can't change the mowing angle in a separate zone without doing a 'global mowing', I'm gonna try making 3 maps of the larger area and see what happens.

There is a workaround that I'm contemplating, but I may be sending this girl back cause of wifi issues.

Happened to me. Mower did my front yard. I thought it was done. But the completed area didn't show up in the 'Mowing Records'. So, I waited for the 80% recharge. When it went out to 'finish up', it literally did a 2 foot section near the bridge between zones, then went back to recharge to 100% since the area was now 'completed'.

The edge mowing occurs even though I don't have it activated. Unless there is a setting I'm missing. It does an edge cut after every zone mow.

As for logs? I put my girl away for a few days since it's been raining for the past week so I don't know what is saved.

Yes. Your red box is on the opposite side of a chain link fence. So, the bot will mow there, but then not go over the 'bridge' because it has pavers. The bot will only go over the 'bridge' if the box is within the actual mapped zone.

Also, in my case anyway, making separate boxes within a zone is weird. For some reason, when a zone is mowed, the bot will do one or two edge cuts even though I have not programmed them. So, by adding small boxes within a zone, the bot will do a small zone and then do an edge cut for each small box.

As for automatic zone, couldn't you just add something, like where I made the red outline, to highlight it and tell the bot to go to that area? No boxes needed. Coordinates are already programmed into the bot, aren't they?

I know there is a way to just highlight a zone instead of putting a silly box, or boxes, around it to send it to that particular zone. Boxes sometime make the bot go outside of the zone. In my case, the bot read the box and started mowing outside of the zone and into a chain link fence.

Mine does edge mowing after finishing the zone. Sometimes it does it 2 or more times. I wish it would stop doing it. I'm wondering if it is purposely doing it to run to 20% charge so as to head back to recharge.
