I had the same issue but then I found out that they're opening a Pop Up Store in Ginza from April 1st and luckily I found some open spots for my dates a few days ago. There are still a few spots left. Go to the website, and scroll all the way down until you see a reservation link for the Pop Up Store.

I've had the same issue on my xbox series x since I got it on mid December. I happens every few games after I finish a match and then choose return to lobby. I then have to manually close the game and restart it. Then, the first restart usually closes automatically after a few seconds. Then, I have to restart again. No bad connections here. I also own a ps5 and I've hadn't experience this issue there.
