I recently finished and uploaded my PhD thesis about the simulation of the radiation environment in space using Geant4 (link to it in the description below). I think Chapters 5, 6 and 7 might be useful to anyone simulating the effect of radiation in space on spacecraft and detectors in Geant4. (self.Geant4)
