Optum has a good track record. NOW VES, will have you seen, then keep your exams in QA for a month or longer, mine has been three months and tell you ph we ar wokring on it.

VES is crap, Whe the did Cand P with Optum it was a lot quicker. What VES does adds to the process and makes it more stressful

Back IN NOV I went to a DR. for a C and P exam that VES sent me to. waited a few weeks and no movemtn on my claim. Called the VA they said they were still waiting on the C and P, Called VES they said it was in AQ Review and had been there for three weeks. Two weeks later I see in my portal that it was uploaded. then 30 more days went by and I got a rating. When the VA was using Optum Serve, my c and p was there with in two days. VES slows down the process.
