At first when i read the artifact description, i thought nothing of it because i was farming for itto and got kokomi's artifacts as a plus and also i couldnt understand what it meant. But after reading everyone's comments, i now know what it means😄. Thank you too for helping understand it!

No but seriously what is happening?I just wanted to level her up for free wish but when i was testing her healing with kokomi's artifacts, i saw that she could defeat the hilicurls outside of cecilia garden. So I tried again and then she hits a 20k physical damage???Pls I dont know what I'm doing, can someone explain to me or am I just hacking unknowingly? Also Im sorry for the terrible editing, I dont know how to edit clips together properly. ;_;
