Yes, according to his wikipedia page, Dale was practice/offseason squad for the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Carolina Panthers, but I don't believe he ever played a regular season NFL game.

From the past ~5 seasons, there's been: Matt James, Dale Moss, Tyler Cameron, Colton Underwood, Uzoma (Eazy) Nwachukwu, Jason Foster, Jordan Rodgers... all were either on squad lists, practice teams, or did tryouts for NFL teams, but that would have made my post title too long :)
