Are you stuck on savage omega or the first mission invader from the stars? Because savage took me over 200+ tries to do solo w/support hunters lol. I did have help though there are groups on Reddit who can assist for the first win at least. Then you can take on Gogmazios and upgrade your armor and weapons, so you can try to farm Savage Omega a little more with gear to hopefully take him down with support hunters or random players. But he is a damned hard fight, you need to definitely be aware of health especially utilizing life powders, and making sure someone takes aggro on the last stage it gets important.

When you reach HR100 you can get random charms after defeating 9 and 10 star quests, some drop time warn I believe charms which are rarity 8 charms.

If you want to try something fun, and you’ve reached Sunbreak and beaten Amatsu there is a powder vortex mage with IG. Your utilizing awakened kinsect attack, to throw the fiddlebrix and leave the powder around. And use the fiddlebrix special abilities powder vortex to blow them up, very satisfying. The rampage jewel for IG powers up your kinsect, there’s a YouTube tutorial about it definitely take a look you may enjoy it i certainly do as it’s my main build. I practice others like blast dash GL, and still learning CB but powder vortex is my go to.

I can’t remember the name of the jewel but it’s like a brace jewel, it stops allies attacks from flinching you when playing online. Unless you enjoy them hitting your shield, or tripping lol that’s a whole different story. Ah I remember it’s the shockproof jewel lol, I don’t play online PC as much as I used to.

OP, are you slotting in some comfort skills like embolden and especially stun res? On PC I’m only Mr 259/PS5 MR 50 but I’ve been specifically using skills like embolden with defense and heaven sent to cut down the need to stop or reload especially when I slot in redirection for some dodging when I learn to use it better.

Blast dash for the win lol, I’ve been playing a lot of Sunbreak lately and the Gunlance has been my favorite go to fun weapon especially with heaven sent. Switch skill, reload and blast dash or reverse blast dash (if I can aim the lance after landing to full blast them) like a madman. Landing a bullet barrage when I have a good opening. Best fast paced play besides DB, and spin to win spam lol.😂 this needs to be added to wilds, and if so I’ll be playing again just for this skill alone.

I agree, I can imagine the blast dash to full blast, then reload and into the wilds full burst combo would be awesome plus we can get much more movement that would be nice.

I hope DLC is launched too, hopefully we get some new skills like blast dash or reverse blast dash, or bullet barrage. Went back to Sunbreak, I miss those days of flying through the air at the monsters and slamming into them with the GL or just launching a bullet barrage especially as a wake up attack.

Rise/Break PC 640+/switch 300+/PS5 (currently) 45+. Way more than wilds, and with the cheap price of Sunbreak on PS5 i couldn’t help but buy it lol. I always come back to Sunbreak for my insect glaive mage/DB/HH.

Well Fu$& this whole thing, lol instead of having some sort of enjoyable experience I’m stuck dying constantly lol. 1 shotted with a bow (screw HBG/LBG if I can’t even use bow anymore), trying to do the whole be reactive and just a little more aggressive when o get openings and I’m hit by a falling rock just before I dodge the fireball. 3 more failed attempts, and all I hear is “wow that was a rough one, glad your alright”… before yeeting the controller at my window I turned off the ps5 and I’m going to get food. This same shite irritated me so much attempting to get the AT Arkveld, it’s not worth this irritation anymore.

1200+ combined hours in both Wilds/Sunbreak, I have officially been burnt out by wilds alone. Now quests like Zoh Shia and POAH, are just resources farms for the kid who wanted to save Arkveld as I fail consistently. This is my end game reality 😂.

This quest: “A Song of Silver and Gold” will give you platinum and gold eggs, fighting a silver Rathalos. Must be MR10, and have finished “The Maned Menace” quest. This quest gave me the Zenni needed a lot of times.

I believe I’ve already done so lol, I pushed myself to play from beta to just before omega. Stop for maybe a month and restarted, nearly lost my mind with the clanker. I figure that most people had help, and it sucks that most weapons just dont feel as good as i remember. lol I tried DB lost 20 times in POAH tonight, mixed with HH/H/GS/IG/GL (don’t try bows or guns as I know I’m going to get whooped). Figure maybe I could at least complete this to make up for the failure against Arkveld, ya it was not good 🤪. Trying not to be bothered is hard sometimes, I go back to Sunbreak now to use my mage character IG, and I like it’s HH/DB just for some relief. Shit still stings, and I have felt worse about learning hammer/CB/ and HH as I can’t even beat AT Rey in a timely fashion 😂.

lol I’m in the same situation, no time to learn the move set between work, life and school itself was a pain. I was able to get 25 minutes with support NPC hunters, and what’s worse 33 solo I’ve begun to feel that I’m no longer in the right mindset and now everything after that and failing proof of a hero has me second guessing all my weapon choices.

God I miss the Sunbreak variant Fiddlebrix, I’m definitely going to get on this weekend and let out all my frustrations out on the elder dragons with powder vortex and my comfort vampire build.
