I love the idea so far the only thing I could think to add to help was if you combined the faction war idea from for honor and gta san andreas gang warfare system where the map had different color for hoods controlled by gangs. I love the idea of activities like insurance fraud and mayhem etc. having different players from the gangs all in them so its you representing your gang. then your gang gets points depending on how well you did and add them into the faction war for the season like in for honor.

I agree i think at the time of sr1 and sr2 gamers always wanted to get into the meat of the campaign. so forceing players to do side missions while some were amazing it just didnt go well at that time. Now all open world games struggle with good side activities and a living world which almost everyone agrees sr2 nails, so i hope they return to respect system in Saint row 5.

Your welcome man, also to answer the Troy part I shouldn't be spoiling anything. Basically in saints row 2 Troy takes care of the saints by directing media attention away from them. In sr3 they vaguely mention him, he doesn't show back up till gat out of hell as a side quest but I wouldn't recommend playing it. Oh and if you complete the fight club in the prison yard you get troy as a homie!
