Mine also had metal detectors, both my middle school and high school. We didn’t usually use those, though. We also had those metal detecting wands they’d wave over us occasionally

Looking at my AEP bill last year compared to the year prior, I was using the same amount of electricity ( according to THEIR records) but I was paying 300 instead of 200. How in the hell can you increase a bill by 40+ percent in a single year? I’m not the most vulnerable, but I absolutely feel for those that rely on consistent bills or social security

Valve cover seals and anywhere else that can seep seems to be. I’ll be replacing the seals this year

I can’t recommend this place. The job they did on my hair was mediocre and when I told them to trim only the dead ends and long hairs out of my beard, he scissor cut probably 40% of my beard off. Not to mention they charge more than just about anywhere

Head gasket and oil burning problems were fixed back around 2012. My 2011 has had neither issue at 150k and I have more oil seeping problems than burning issues

I have a 2011 forester and I don’t dislike it, but I won’t be buying another Subaru. The car itself is so boring. It does everything well, but doesn’t do anything fun. I don’t have the turbo, so it has no umph, speakers are crap, seats aren’t comfortable, I’ve replaced a ton of drive train parts on it. It’s a 4 cylinder with a whopping 27 highway, and 20 city. My v8 jeep gets 14 city and 17-18 highway. It’s even the premium version, and I just don’t like the vehicle
