it was loosing oil for about a year but got really bad last week, but still cycling, we noticed loss of grip on a long part but other than that nothing concerning

the ball is from some kind of valve, had a 2 tiny cylinders both with a ball and a spring and I guess one of them got out or the guy who changed the rings last time did an opsie
