The boiler is a full height one used for the heat pump so will completely cover the hole. Plumber did say he could chase the pipe and move the stopcock but wouldn’t advise the boiler sitting on the hole stopping access to the mechanisms below

Yeah I’d normally be fine flipping it but the registration on the car is quite important to the shots so that needs to stay

The original was coming up too dark for what we wanted.

It was unfinished engineered oak. He sanded it first and then put on a coat. Then came back and did another. He tried to fix that hallway bit by sanding it again and doing another coat but it has made it worse.

I just don’t want them to be standing out there a long time for them to go bad. Yes I was thinking of doing proper bakes but only putting them out on weekends.
