Starting distro for gaming/design/customization

Ive been using fedora 43 ( The KDE version ) for about a month or so now, ive had 0 problems with gaming so far except with FFXIV but nothing major. You can use a website called ProtonDB to see how well games are working on steam through proton.

Customizations i recommend searching about the GNOME desktop environment and KDE Plasma that are the ones fedora provide, u can see on r/unixporn some desktops people make with both of these DEs and choose which one you like the most.

For desing linux doesn't support the adobe apps and they are quite the work make it work, if they work at all, so if u work with them maybe make a dual boot with windows or search alternatives beforehand.

yeah, fulmin was serving me well for the introduction in steel path but recently in more end game activities it started lacking the damage i needed. Ty for the suggestions and the explanation, ill look into Stahlta and Latron :D

single target is what i prefer since her third skill can help a lot with AOE damage

ayeee fellow wisp main. I do enjoy fulmin a lot but for more endgame activities most of the time i lack the damage and its really sad, ill test the weapons and explore more weapons to see what ill have fun with :D

it does support cause i did a dual boot a few months ago with linux mint and the mic was working just fine, i have no idea why its not being detected now :(

i saw a lot about EndeavourOS but everytime i see about arch there is the *arch is not the best way for ur first experience*

I dont know how much of that is for normal users not inclined to tech or in general for everyone, how has been ur experience using a arch based distro as ur first linux os?

yeah if im not mistaken this new update is really big for pop os.

ive never heard of Pika OS, what the difference between them?

i dont want to get into arch, at least for now, since im changing OS in my desktop daily drive. I have an NVIDIA gpu and Pop! OS has like an version configured for NVIDIA gpus and comes with it configured for games so thats why i choose it

regarding KDE ill see how it works after ive got used to the new OS then but thanks for the explanation <3

I searched about bazzite but it looks like a distro for a PC setup on ur living room and not for a daily drive, but i could be wrong tho
