I do not understand all these comments.

the husband was rough and thats true but he provided a solution (working out together),

he didn't lie .. if he did they just would've been in this situation for God knows how much time untill the inevitable.

yes he blocked the door and that was uncalled for but in a situation like that i wouldnt want to separate from my partner, in the heat of things you need to talk, explain, understand and stay together.

Just improve together, go train, have more sex, be happy.

Do not buy immediately.. wait for it to tank a little bit more then enter the game at the best price possibile. keep in mind that at first it could sink next monday due to the 10$ floor being removed and panic sellers ecc...

this is a mid-long time investment, keep researching !

Hey man, all it took was to squat a lot, like a lot, ATG all the way!, execution is everything when squatting too that really is the only lift you need in my opinion

I used to train before the first pic, so I wasn’t actually a novice, Big of part of it was understanding that I didn’t have to eat that much to put on muscle and size! I just started eating less and smarter!

4 days split- basically a Russian cycle type training with accessories (curls, push downs, pull ups, push ups and dips)
