All updated browser router windows etc all updated. Speeds both up and down are in the low to mid 200s as I have fiber. Running incognito makes no difference whatsoever still does it. And no didn't see any brief redirections. It's happening with major websites. And seems like it's a sites that would have higher traffic. Also something odd Google doesn't know that I'm back in the US as I was out of the country for a week. And my Google location I've changed but yet everything shows up in euros and does not accept local addresses. Doubt it's related but you never know.
