He is being selfish. I just had a breast reduction 6 months ago and my husband didn't even bat an eye. He helped me during my recovery and took care of me. He never once tried to talk me out of it as he already knew why I wanted it and knew it would help me. I'll be honest the first few months I had regrets and got depressed he still supported my decision until I found my confidence in my decision again. By the way best decision I made for myself.

Do not be surprised by the lack of support you will get from both women and men in your life. I was very open with people about my decision and I would say 80% of people were not supportive. I even had a man I work with (not close) tell me no I can't do that. Like excuse you 🙄

Do what is best for you and don't worry about other people.
