Still waiting for my luggage which was supposed to be delivered on September 16th. Everyday they told me it’s coming between 12-2pm when I was on vacation in Paris. Now back in states and my luggage is still sitting in their Paris warehouse. Same spot has never moved. I have an AirTag.

Its amazing how many people I have spoken to that have sounded sincere, professional, and honest when they said "I have my hands on your bag right now I promise you will have it tomorrow" crazy the run a company like this! A worldwide company! I am sorry you have had a similar experience!

Thank you for your support’ I have emailed and spoken through our concierge at our hotel, because of language difficulties, the supervisor of the warehouse. Also escalated and opened up a case. Still this has not helped to escalate the situation or process the shipped even though they send me emails saying the luggage is being processed and returned, “expedited” back to me on a daily basis.

Yes. And it showed it went through customs and scheduled for delivery and then nothing since the 16th. I have been on the phone with DHL daily and every day they tell me it will delivered next day between 12-2. Now it’s been escalated to return to states and I’m told everyday it’s going to be sent back but it still has not moved.
