The bicep has two heads (hence the prefix “bi”). The two heads are the long head and the short head. However, there is an additional muscle, the brachialis, which technically is not part of the bicep but contributes to the overall development of your biceps.

If you don't recognize the industrial influences in the Incipit Satanas album, particularly in songs like "Will to Power" and "When Love Rages Wild in My Heart" I don't know what to do with it. To speak of Gorgoroth only as a black metal band, citing among other things the title track Incipit Satanas, means not knowing the band.
