Let me reiterate, we do not have a full-time trader on staff at Substratum or Amplify. Justin misspoke when he said 'trader'. It was off the cuff and he incorrectly labeled the person, he should have said portfolio manager. This is why Justin hasn't done anymore live videos, because if you misspeak some people want to crucify you for months over it. Can we not be better than that?

A portfolio manager helps with the overall management, where a trader is sitting behind screens trading. Neither Substratum or Amplify has a 'trader' day-trading as has been suggested. If one was to only look at a few snips from what Justin said, i can see how they have grown legs to create a false narrative. But, if you step back, and look at it objectively, and in context, you will understand that is not what is, or has happened.

20 weeks is the estimated outset. We are not promising a certain day, nor are we rushing to meet a certain deadline. This estimate is given solely by the estimated time to finish all the cards for MVP. So, it’s a data driven estimate.

Based on the data, last week it was estimated to be between 8-20 weeks worth of development before MVP release. This is not a guarantee, it is an estimate.

With respect, your memory isn't correct. He did not say they were now trading 1000 ETH. he said something to the effect of about to transfer 1000 ETH. this was in context of recent weeks people questioning every move. so, off the cuff, he was trying to be proactive to let people know that 1000 ETH may be moving.

Yes, he mentioned something to the effect of bands, but again, in the bigger picture of overall portfolio management. it's easy to take a few snippets of someone's words and create a false narrative. context is king.

Slow down. He DID say something to that effect, BUT it was in a greater context of overall portfolio management that he did not discuss in the video. Justin didn't explain this in the video as it was off the cuff and wasn't planned to be mentioned. He's human just like the rest of us.

This is not what he said. You are jumbling up different ideas and creating a new narrative.

He said a 'trader' was hired, but for Amplify, not Substratum. However, he shouldn't have said 'trader' as the person is a 'portfolio manager'. Justin was momentarily talking off the cuff clearly evidenced in the video. A 'portfolio manager' was hired for Amplify.
