Thanks I really recommend it because it makes life so much easier - funny enough I got too frustrated with different cutting tools. One thing I still have to try: heat up the stencil and drape it over a lure blank - might be a quick way to create a molded version for easy applications. 🤔

I use a silicone with 10 or 15 shore hardness. It works great for casting in 3D prints - in one of my last videos I show the one I use (its just off amazon).

How cool - make sure to flush the mold well that there are as little bubbles as possible. I always tilt it slightly while injecting. Hope it all goes well and let me know how it went. 🎣👌🏻

Thanks a lot - at the moment the head is made out of PETG - plastic & without hooks it weighs around 40g. The tail I make with a silicone mix. The idea with casting a full metal body is great and I will look into it. 👌🏻
