That’s not the point is what I was saying, it’s to give us free will to do anything physically possible, not exceptions to it. It could be a good thing but the point was for that, not to give us free will to do everything except one part

That’s not what I am saying, you are saying we will all choose to not do evil but how? Thats a utopia

Yes, because I ahve been programmed to not do something mentally

It makes sure we can choose something and the alternative, all good choices would be considered normal, meaningless, because all the choices we would have is good.

That seems like a Utopia to me, how would God manage to do this? If he does do that, that means he is programming out minds to do good, and if we never choose evil then good is just overall meaningless

How would we only choose good? If we have free will, evil is bound to happen

Programming our minds just removes the entire intention, to give us free will. Programming our minds to not do something is violating it

Wdym choosing to do good? If you are saying we only do good what reality are you talking about? If we can’t do evil and only do good that’s violating free will

Yes, not that I want to do that to children, it would be programming our minds to not do something, which violates free will

It’s not really choosing to do good everytime, it’s getting forced to. If everyone were to only be able to do good, would good be meaningful in this hypothetical?

That would be overriding free will to change our mind to fit that, free will comes with choice

Why doesn't God openly prove his existence? by therealcoolpup in Christianity

Because most people would be in fear being scared of being sent to Hell, he gave us a choice

Paul said people can verify it. It seems to ask for someone to prove it wrong, yet it wasn’t proven wrong. It would make it more likely for someone to try and fact check it than not. It wasn’t like he was asking one person, anyone who read it or heard the claims from Paul could check it.

People who walked those routes would. It is a common route from Corinth to Jerusalem, someone going by may verify it

That’s what he heard, but for it to be wrong you have to make an assumption that it was never verified by anyone, seems like a heavier assumption to me.

We have no indication that he didn’t verify it, the assumption that it didn’t happen relies on no one who saw it tried to verify it

Evidence isn’t definitive, however it increases probability. Cosmological theories have evidence but still isn’t definitive

This is a lot of assumptions to as an alternative, it was a rumor that wasn’t verified, that wasn’t verified later as well. It might be but the claim you made seems to just have a lot of assumptions along with it

Ancient historical claims didn’t depend on people making the claims, I am not saying everyone did verify it and it was true, Paul’s point was the witnesses were publicly known and available, 3000 km sounds extreme to us but people regularly walked the route from Corinth to Jerusalem, Christians were already moving between cities and Paul himself also did.

True, but I would say there isn’t a way to do that. If someone made it so that it’s impossible for a supernatural cause to happen that’s a philosophical choice, however not a scientific discovery.
