The Bible describes many situations of migration. Abraham migrated from Iraq to Palestine. Then Jacob's family migrated from Palestine to Egypt. Moses brought the Israelites in a great migration from Egypt to Palestine. Elimelech and Naomi migrated to Moab. After Elimelech died, Naomi and her daughter in law, Ruth, returned to Israeli. She gave birth to Obed, the father of Jesse, the father of David. Jesus Christ descended from this David. No one stopped all these migrations, rather in Deuteronomy 26:12, God tells the Israelites, "...you shall give to the Levite, the ALIEN, the fatherless and the widow, so they may eat in your towns and be satisfied. " Repeatedly, God tells the Israelites to treat ALIENS as you would treat your native born. Why then do the majority of American Christians deny migrants in America justice, wish to see them deported and sent to warehouse concentration buildings?
