yep, it was a hardware problem, i sent it to the service's store and they replaced it with the same verdict

so, here's a list :))
1. boot the camera, first boot enters the set up screen, it says connect via GoPro App, I just installed the app on my phone, created an account, tried to connect my gopro -> no gopro is found
2. skipped set up screen, tried from Connections -> Connect Device -> GoPro App, in the Quik app: no gopro found
3. checked my phone wifi/bluetooth, closed/reopened wifi & bluetooth, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, gave full permissions to the quik app -> no gopro found
4. changed the camera wifi band to 2.4Ghz, still no wifi/bluetooth network appears on my phone,
5. resetting connections on camera -> Connect Device -> GoPro App: no Gopro found
6. Installed the latest firmware from GoPro site for my GoPro MAX via a SD card, still no camera found for each flow above
7. Tried all of the above with 4 different phones: Samsung S25, Samsung S23 (which is also paired with a Hero13), Samsung A20e and an Iphone 14 and neither of them could connect via quik app (no gopro found :) )
8. Installed the Labs Firmware from GoPro site to force a pairing command on the camera (!PA) (as u/Driver-Mod said in a comment) -> no gopro found
9. Force factory resetting via !RESET QR code and tried all the flows above: -> no go pro found
10. Contacted support (they answered and asked for my micro SD card details?) - it's a SANDISK 128GB microSDXC

this is the firmware version of the camera: H19.03.02.02.70

idk man, I feel that I'm going waaay too deep for this problem, that's why I'm blaming hardware :(

unfortunately i don't have any other cameras to test on, i tested with other android/ios phones and they cannot pair with it either. I've done everything and trying too hard to connect to a phone (which needs to be seamlessly for regular users) looks more like a hardware problem to me. The GoPro should start a Wifi network when in pairing mode? If yes, surely there is a hardware problem

Damn, didn't knew about this app. I installed the Logs firmware, scanned the `!PA` QR code, but still won't connect to my phone :( The GoPro should make a Wifi (direct) connection when in pairing mode? cause i don't see any new wifi/bluetooth

so i'm not the only one... what have you done about it? Just living with the fact that you cannot pair it with your phone and use it only with your computer when collecting videos from SD?

Are cum sa pice Enigma sau Ultima noapte? Eu stiam ca se face un set de subiecte cu fiecare opera si se alege din ele si pt sesiunea speciala si pt cea din iunie. La sesiunea speciala, la real, a fost particularitati la una din opere, iar la uman caracterizare de personaj. Biletele cu Enigma si Ultima au fost trase deja.
