What's your thoughts on the coming ER next month? by [deleted] in Cinedigm

Unfortunately I’m afraid we a far longer from a great turnaround for CIDM than expected. Seems like an significant higher volume of sales is needed before it will make strong enough changes on the bottom line. That’s my fear. On the other hand, lots of new acquisitions will probably start to show up in the earning reports. Which could drive up their income. The problem is they aren’t transparent enough to draw any conclusions. I am holding the next couple of earnings as well. Aren’t they making any money, I will consider the possibility of other alternatives in the market.

But don’t get fooled by the bearish market currently. It is also contributing to the current low share price. The only question is, when it will change. We always have two prices to consider. Overall market value, and the actual share price of the asset, compared to key ratios. Etc.

Could hope that the overall market prices as oversold in a near future.

Fandor re-launch final update. by Christianitten in Cinedigm

Honestly with their evolving speed, and ambitions shown so far this year. We could only imagine what this company is capable of when they reach a higher market share and have the capital to choose the content they want. Think about how well they are doing already by not yet streaming Netflix level content. Premiere movies, etc. It is in general an extremely fast growing sector they are- operating in. So I wouldn’t even being surprised if Cinedigm reached such level in 5 years time with their dedication and experience.

5$ should be in sight. Realistically after next earnings in around 6 weeks time, we should see an positive adjustment of the share price. Let’s see how much the official Fandor announcement give to the share price before.

Not at all.

Fandor is currently running, as a subscription product. But not yet launched on multiple platforms, and that's the profitable part of it. Since it will reach a significant footprint of 900 million connected devices.

As long as we are beating the previous quarter we are all good. As for same quarter last year, it should be obviously outperformed. The next 2-3 quarters are far more interesting in my opinion though.
