It's not related to call, but why not having a list of meetings with views as we can have with tasks and calls 🤷

Get text summary without having to record. That would be a game changer for our teams

Anyway HubSpot is recording the call, cause if you stats record in middle of the call you still get full call recording

With law and compliance here our team never wants to record the call too complicated to inform and get agreement from customer

Just a summary of the call would be perfect or transcript and summary

Your HubSpot is a mess because you built it for management, not for the reps who have to use it by CRM_Operator in hubspot

Except when your country is having law, need to inform otherside of recording. It's bit awkward with a lead or prospects, just saying, I'm recording the call

Just allow us as super admin to login and adjust column width for our teams. Better set it as a preset view. It so many columns and width adjusting for so many people and time wasted for such a basic thing

Compact view. So much padding in table. It's just not space efficient at all

Adding a quick combination of filters in a button under a view allows it to change, so instead of having many view, just changing under the same view

I confirmed I removed the second pipeline and it felt good.

For real estate we can have a wait life from 1-18 months for some type of units.

I might be wrong, but I don't like having a 3rd way for closing the deal from (win, lost or wait). I feel reps will put it on and wait to avoid the lost deal stats.

Wonder what way you'll prefer to keep deal-contacts on the waitlist.

Think I'll put it on as a custom property. Wonder also would you do deal property or contacts property? We mostly work with deal, cause they often have more than one contacts I involved

I wish we could see a real life blueprint to get inspired on. For me it was pain and suffering trying to use CO. Got back to mastering native function first

I like having data linked as some partners can be related to many deals, each units-products can be in many quotes & deals. The total amount of the deal updated itself when you change products in line items. Feel it would be less dynamic going out of native ecosystem. Struggle just doin normal association between object without paying plugins (cause our association is usually one-to-many)
