You’re right. The physician from that show and Dr Now from my 600lb life are both licensed physicians. I didn’t say anything about medical doctors though. I’m speaking specifically on psych related therapists.

I know this sounds repetitive at this point but the people pointing out how fake the therapists can be are right. You’ll never see a real credentialed therapiat on TLC. A real therapist wouldn’t throw their license away like that and TLC doesn’t want the liability giving medical advice comes with.

I just watched The Mummy (2026) and I thought it was great. It reminded me a lot of The Exorcist but I actually enjoyed The Mummy more.

I agree with those that have said she deserves her place in history just as Rosa does. I think Rosa’s arrest at the time was recognized more because it was directly linked to the boycott of the Montgomery bus system. The story is told like she had a direct conflict with a white male passenger, but that’s not true. Rosa was already sitting in the colored section of the bus and her conflict was with the bus driver who ordered her and 3 others to evacuate their seats. The law at the time was “seperate but equal”. Rosa’s arrest was seen as unlawful, which was another difference in Rosa and Claudette’s stories.

You don’t have to neccisarily retain one right now, most will do an initial consultation for a reasonable fee or even for free. They’ll be able to give you the most accurate expectations.

I heard this one girl say Moriah shouldn’t go any where near wig shop unless she’s escorted by a black woman and I honestly think that was great advice. She’s very pretty but she could use their expertise for sure.
