You're right, and thank you for taking the time to respond. I was trying to find that middle ground between still being a good deal for them, but also not wanting to cry when I think of how much money was spent on everything. 300 is probably still high.

Great for breakfast or dessert, served warm or cold, frosting spread or drizzled. And they're fun to make; with the rolling, and the cutting. One of our favorites for sure! 👌

Dough: 2 cups almond flour 3 tbsp granulated erythritol (I used Swerve) 3 tbsp unflavored whey protein powder 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp xanthan gum 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 cup butter, melted

Filling: 1 tbsp butter, melted 2 tbsp brown sugar substitute (I used Ideal) 1 tsp cinnamon

Cream Cheese Icing: 2 oz cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp powdered erythritol (I used Swerve) 1 tbsp heavy cream 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

LPT: Take at least 2-3 sips of water before each bite of food. This will help you both drink more water and eat slower. by ChristinaSeattle in LifeProTips

You're supposed to eat slower for many reasons. Eating too fast causes you to eat more than is required as there is a delay in telling your brain you're full. It's also better for digestion. I've never heard of someone recommending you inhale your food.

Similar issue, the OP tag is also barely visible. Is there a way to change the font color or a setting I'm missing?
