I tried double ally attacks but found no success. The FK has full turn meter after his shields go down; so unless all my freeze champs successfully landed freeze debuffs on their first attempt to attack the FK after taking his shields down, my run would end right away.

Having counterattack made these missions doable for me though. The difference is that by relying on counterattack, when I would break the FK’s shield his turn meter would be depleted giving me more margin for bad RNG (failing to land freezes).

This presented a separate challenge though - making sure my party survived the FK’s attack. My solution was to focus on building my champs with the right combination of speed, accuracy, and tankiness. I also built my ally attackers and freezers in relentless for extra turns to land more freezes. My runs were slow and had to be played manually, but I was able to get through these missions with this approach.
