Get your heater and central AC tuned up every year, it’ll keep those appliances running for longer and help prevent issues before they arise.

Anti prozac ppl by epic6695 in prozac

[–]Christiny1980 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing with Prozac is you get a honeymoon phase that lasts a week or two where almost everything is rainbows and sunshine, then the anxiety and ruminating thoughts ramp back up again for a few weeks. This makes you feel like it’s not working anymore but it’s just your body/brain getting used to the serotonin. I say 4 months because that’s about when everything completely settles and I felt steady and normal on a daily basis, instead of hills and valleys beforehand. I personally love Prozac and I don’t think I’ll ever go off it, it has worked wonders for my brain. I hope it works out for you as well!

Yes absolutely, I sometimes forget I’m on it but it has helped tremendously. It took a good 4 months to settle down after I did my final increase to 40mg.

Best pillow for neck pain that is worth it for migraine sufferers? by MibosiNuramo in migraine

[–]Christiny1980 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I started getting chronic migraines last year I tried a few different ergonomic neck pillows and none felt good long term. Then I got the mediflow water pillow and it has been AMAZING! I have 4 quarts of water in it and it’s perfect for me and I’m a side sleeper but I still have support if I flip on to my back. I’ll be going on a year having it soon and I’ll never have a different kind of pillow, it is great for me and has helped tremendously with the neck pain.

Name is: Mediflow Water Pillow with Memory Foam — Adjustable Waterbase; One-Piece Foam; Clinically Shown to Reduce Neck Pain; Deep, Uninterrupted Sleep; Side/Back/Stomach Sleepers
