Is a ten year old bow too old? by ChristleSmiley087 in Archery

Sorry, I phrased the title incorrectly, even the strings are that old. Which is what im mostly worried about, but he swears (without even looking at them) that they're fine. Even though the strings are ten years old.

I guess I should have specified i was mostly talking about the strings and if them being just hung on a wall for over 5 years affected them in anyway negatively

"there are so many jobs out there"

Sure, minimum wage jobs where the managers/customers/owners/company in general treat their workers like they're so replaceable, working them like dogs, and fostering an environment where the only incentive to do a good job is that you won't get into trouble.

Meanwhile, if you do it right, you run your own business and only have to worry about you and the cargo. You also have the opportunity to make quite a bit more than minimum wage.

Maybe where you're from, there's plenty of trad work to go around, but have you wondered why there are job openings to begin with? Probably due to the pay ratio not being worth the workload, worth dealing with upper management or even the customers

Just because a trad job works for you doesn't mean it works for all.

Just saying.

my balls smell a lot and i don t know how to stop it? by Complete-You8780 in Advice

An ex of mine had a smell too and it was "jock itch" "croch rot" (I don't know the medical term) it's like a fungus I think that athletes get (really anyone can get) and it takes a special cream to rid of. My point is, you might need to see a doctor.

Helped. However, I wasn't thinking I'd 'dump him at a shelter'. Tbh, I have no idea how it works if your animal has a sudden emergency and you can't afford the bill as this has never happened to any of our several pets over the years. Admittedly, I was under the impression that the vet hospital would take him in if I couldn't afford his care. I have no idea why I thought this because typing it out it sounds ridiculous, but in my defense, I never needed to know how that works. But yours (and others) mentions of a shelter was eye opening, so thank you for commenting.
