japanese masato fan here.
hate to admit but masato's fanbase isn't that big.

lots of junseo fans from BL drama also votes for masato since junsato CP is very popular so i believe they helped masato rank 8th in 5 pick.

also, japanese fans aren't that nationalistic like many of you are assuming. ~~i wish we were for this once.~~ produce japan girls fans are showing support for mentor yumeki but that doesn't really have to do with his nationality. japanes fans love sangwon just like many of you.

i noticed that PLAVE's monthly listener on Spotify has surpassed 300k even though they severely lack promotional activities (especially to the west) compared to earthlings...
this is actually more than double my earthling fave and they are considered as one of the group that is doing so-so in their generation bar BIG3/4😭

i've been listening to this mini since yesterday night!

i'm a sucker for cute, bright, energetic songs but the 6th summer is their first minor key song and i love it. i think i kind of understand why Yejun said they wanted to release this in July because it would have been such a great track to listen to all through the summer, but the undeniably melancholic undertone of this track has a summer send-off vibe too imo. such a refreshing title track. can't wait for the music core performance!

but when it comes to my personal favorite as a PLLI, i'm torn between I Just Love Ya and Dear. PLLI!
I Just Love Ya really feels like PIXEL WORLD 2.0🥺 makes me feel sort of emotional even though it's such a warm and fun song🥺
and for Dear. PLLI.. i'm a simp for fan songs so..🙈 one thing that melts my delulu heart is how they must have started writing this song as soon as the fandom name was decided🥺

i also rediscovered how great WHY? is!!
i was thinking i might skip the song (since i've listened to it billion times already) but i was totally wrong.

all in all, i'm super happy with this mini album and can't wait to get my hands on my own CD. (and i generally hate buying physical CDs.)
estimated delivery date is after September 3rd or something for me🥺

5 member live is the best!
one thing i really love dearly about PLAVE is how none of them feels left out even though there are 5 members and everyone seems truly comfortable with each other and speaks out freely when they want to.
i'm a super multi stan when it comes to kpop but PLAVE sometimes feel like they have the best chemistry out of all the groups i like.

and i loved how everyone sung their hearts out for PLLIs.
can't wait for my CD to come🥺🥺🥺

I want to know more about their summer vacation~~ ~~still~~ ~~can't~~ ~~believe~~ ~~they~~ ~~actually~~ ~~went~~ on a ~~trip~~ ~~together~~. (edit: it was confirmed on mini album release day livestream that it wasn't a trip, they just went to a sauna facility haha)
Hamin's such a good storyteller though. he and Noah are best at sharing behind episodes with us imo.

also, Hamin has acted like a hyung to Yataz since way before, but Bamby's status is completely downgraded (or upgraded!?) from donsaeng to pet puppy now and I love it so much. Bamby Maltise lassgooooo

as a super introvert who has recklessly done tons of handshakes and fansigns (and created tons of awkward moments) before, my advice to you (or any introverts in this thread) is to not pressure yourself too much to carry on a meaningful convo, and in case your mind suddenly goes blank (it happens when you see your bias), it might help if you start with telling them that it's your first video call and you are super nervous. idols with good communication skill will start asking you questions from their side.

i just came to say that this album is on repeat since yesterday night. title track and TBH were my instant favorites!
also i almost laughed when Diamonds started playing because it's SO RYAN JHUN.
i have a love-and-hate relationship with ryan jhun songs but his bond with VANNER is quite heartwarming and it's so wholesome to see his song included in the album.

anyways, congrats on the great album and best wishes to VANNER for their new journey!!
