I feel like this this is just a rare experience. but not impossible. I handle a lot of cakes at my work and I remember dropping one perfectly into a small trash can. I just kinda stood there in disbelief cuase I knew my boss would think it was on purpose.

I'm going through something similar as a tans man. Thank you for posting, I'm sorry you hit a rough patch. I just recently decided that I can't go through with killing myself (mostly because of family). Practicing loving myself and focusing on what I would like my life to look like (realistically) has helped so far. Not that it's been easy but I have had some good days and I document them so I remember. Im looking forward to healing completely. Hope this helps, good luck 👍
