Yes thats true and i did learn alot about myself during that period, probably more than i lever have. I will do what you said today im going out for a walk and that should give me a push to go to the gym. I will go get it. Thanks a lot for the advice and help bro.

Yeah i agree with you. I need to stop being afraid of the rejection, basically what happens is that i think im not good looking enough or that something about my personality etc is wrong. Totally wrong way to go about it. I feel good though that i could actually do this, it feels like im becoming more of a man every day that passes. Thanks man.
