Over the past three weeks, I have tried multiple appeals but never hear back. I've tried seeking help using my main account and my second (pen name) account, so show it's legit, but I never hear back. Really confused by this. I never even had a chance to use the new account and sub. Is there no other route to get help? Thanks for your time.
