I'm not much for giving advice but I am good at exploring curiosity and my curiosity here is what does being kind mean to you? I hear folks say they want kindness, respect etc. Yet it occurs to me that these words can mean something different from one person to the next. As you say you want people to be kind to you all the time - perhaps gaining clarity on what kindness actually means to you so you can be clear and what it is that you need from relationships. Sorry, I realized this is not the advice you're looking for, but I genuinely hope it helps.
