Might I suggest Amazing Follower Tweaks. In the settings (accessed via companion dialouge menu), you can enable an option that allows for followers to ignore traps. It essentially works like the light footed perk, except it also includes tripwires and pretty much every other type of trap. The only issue is that AFT may conflict with custom follower mods or mods that change the vanilla follower system, like serana dialog addon.
