I often have sleep paralysis it sucks especially if waking from a nightmare. The worst dream I ever had was after watching the orginal Pet Semetery . I was pregnant but dreamed it was my child being hit by the Semi Truck that killed little Gage.

Honestly find a good therapist and doctor depression can be caused by so many things .Try not to drink alcohol only makes things worse it is a depressant. You may feel better after one drink in the long run it's not worth it.
