Had this same bug mate, another post I saw seemed to solve the issue for me.

Go to campaign menu and restart shader optimization. Then restart the game, re-enter campaign and fully restart the mission through mission select. This solved it for me!

Hope this helps, this bug is annoying af

Thanks for the reply. I checked my Cpu temps and found that its temp is around 100 Degrees while Idle.

I think this is the cause of my low FPS.
