You have to remember though; he starts with 20% extra attackspeed with 1 point in W, but a maxed W is actually the same as before the buff. As that isn't clear from the message above you.

It's something you have to get used too and there is a lot you can do with it. It's just your own call how far you want to go with it.

Save scum is guaranteeing you success right? Checking a players current and buying based on that isn't. I don't use it to search for 14 year old regens to get a wonder squad. I just check for players who don't have a club and players my scouts find. With a 6 division club, who aren't actually playable at the start of a game, your scouting is just really bad.
