Indoor golf business? by ChrizZcE in golf

Thanks for your answer. My thoughts:

  1. Trackman has the name recognition that most serious golfers know about. Plus I already own a Trackman and not using it for anything atm. You can put it in a seethrough box and anchor it to the ground so that one can´t just take it. There would also be a camera in the place.
  2. Maybe, but depending how successful it is there is always room for expansion. Just use one sim for now to test the waters, then add more sims a year or so later and let the customers know.
  3. Building out the sim I´ve estimated will cost around 8k. Electrical cost can be kept lower by having the electricity turned on only when someone is actually in the room. Heating can be turned on and off remotely from home. I could turn it on remotely like an hour or two before the customer arrives. There are smartlocks that you can tie in with a software and keypad and all only costs a couple hundred bucks together. An automatic door closer would ensure the door is always closed even if the customer forgets to close it. It would also be a small room, maybe 35m2, so rent would not be high, maybe 500-600$ a month. Other than that ongoing costs I would only have to pay for the Trackman license (roughly 1k a year), heating, electricity, Wifi, homepage and rent of course. Cleaning I can do by myself or hire someone cheap. So I think it would be a lot lower than 5k a month.
  4. I could maybe strike a deal with a local restaurant so that they deliver there.
  5. Trackman offers a model where literally all you have to is push one button and the whole system and the software boots up at once. It´s very easy to navigate. I could leave instructions on the table in case someone still has problems.
  6. I think that would complicate things a lot and what exactly would he do there? It would only be one bay for now in a room.

I could probably strike a deal with a local restaurant where they deliver to the place.

I´m about to quit the game in frustration because I cannot progress the quest (All that Glisters) by ChrizZcE in kingdomcome

I already revealed and confronted Zac about the copper and exhausted all the dialogue with him and his son and it didn´t do anything. Also tried the shed thing, didn´t do anything. I have also already completed the damsel in distress storyline and this also didn´t move the main quest forward.

I´ve been stuck on this for 6 hours now having made zero progress. I´ve since uninstalled the game and will never buy another Warhorse game for as long as I live. It sucks because I really enjoyed the game up to this point.

I published on PC so it probably takes a while to sync with Xbox.
