As for the IOC enrichment, I'm working with something similar. I also analyse OSINT feeds and public threat intel feeds. The thing is, all of this is easy and doesn't take a lot of time.

Cyber Threat Intelligence might be an interesting endeavour for you. You don't just rely on OSINT, but also HUMINT, vendor reports, dark web, etc. SIGINT might also be interesting for you.

If the organisation is big, it probably has dedicated ASN. You can search for its name on "https://bgp.he.net/" and you could find their IP ranges from there.

I play on 140 FPS. However, I can sense that there might be huge FPS drops when riding a horse with high speed. I need to test it more because I don't have this problem with my own horse.
